Who we are

This website, mizaniq.com, is operated by Vasilii Gurev, an individual based in Uzbekistan, trading as MizanIQ ("MizanIQ", "we"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For any privacy question, write to info@MizanIQ.com.

What this website collects

We do not ask you for any personal data on this website. It has no forms, no login, no comments, no advertising and no tracking or analytics scripts. We do not set cookies and do not store anything on your device. All page files load from mizaniq.com. The only data handled when you open a page is the technical data described under "Hosting".

If you e-mail us

On this website the only way to contact us is by e-mail at info@MizanIQ.com. The "Contact or Request Demo" button opens your own e-mail program; nothing is sent through the website. If you write to us, we receive your e-mail address, your name and any other details you choose to give. You decide what to send. We use this to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry and any business relationship that results. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and developing our business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where it applies). If you are yourself the prospective customer, it is also taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Messages sent to info@MizanIQ.com are forwarded to and stored in a mail account provided by Google LLC (USA). Google handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your data or pass it on for others' advertising. We may share it with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles about you.

We do not apply a fixed deletion period. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to answer you, to maintain any resulting business relationship and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time (see "Your rights").

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). To deliver the pages and protect them against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data your browser sends when it opens a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and available website. Cloudflare does this as our service provider under its data processing terms and keeps the data for a limited time under its own retention rules; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. We keep no visit logs of our own; Cloudflare gives us traffic and security summaries.

Where data is processed

We are based in Uzbekistan. Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, including in Uzbekistan and the United States. These countries may not protect personal data to the same standard as your own. If you e-mail us, your message is sent directly to a mailbox outside your country.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us for access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its use, or a copy in a portable format.

You may object at any time to our use of your data based on legitimate interest, including any follow-up contact.

To use these rights, e-mail info@MizanIQ.com. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in the country where you live or work.

Changes

If the website changes (for example, if we add visitor statistics), we will update this notice and the date above. This notice describes what is live today.
